The lower level has a ping pong table, comfy couches, tall table and chairs, TV for DVD's only, and a 2nd refrigerator. A bedroom (2sets of twin bunks) and a full bath complete this level. There is plenty of room to relax on the deck or patio below. Available at the dock is a paddle boat, 2 kayaks, a hammock and swing in the summer, cold water sink and shower and 1 slip w/ lift. There is 1/2 to 1 ft of water at the shoreline to wade and 4-5' at the end of the dock. This home is located in the wide area of Hubquarter Creek where you can enjoy watching the water activities.
